1.credible(adj.): capable of being believed; believable
Ex: Now, the one thing Obama has to do here is put forward—soon—a credible cuts-and-revenue plan.
2. criterion(n.): a standard of judgment or criticism; a rule or principle for evaluating or testing something.
Ex: Remember, the criterion is military incompetence: Benedict Arnold and Robert E. Lee were bad Americans, but not bad generals.
3.dismiss(v.): to direct (an assembly of persons) to disperse or go:
I dismissed the class early
Ex: In its motion to dismiss, UMass denied this allegation, and Haidak refuted the school's claim in his opposition to the motion.

8.launch(v.): to float (a newly constructed boat or ship) usually by allowing to slide down inclined ways into the water
Ex: Ten years after the launch of Operation Iraqi Freedom, many neocons today do not regret toppling the Iraqi regime.
9.mainstream(n.): the principal or dominant course, tendency, or trend
Ex: Maybe if I just de-gay myself a little, I would achieve the kind of mainstream success I hope for.
10.orbit(v.): the curved path, usually elliptical, described by a planet, satellite, spaceship, etc., around a celestial body, as the sun
Ex: The angle that sunlight hits the planet changes at different parts of the orbit.

25.wobble(v.): to incline to one side and to the other alternately, as a wheel, top, or other rotating body when not properly balanced
